Trainer/Attorney Mitchell Davis is the principal of Mitchell Consulting, a management training firm based in Los Altos, California. We specialize in Sexual Harassment and Unlawful Discrimination multi-state online interactive training and in person workshop training. Both training methods are modeled after and far exceed the strictest training requirements in the United States (AB 1825 training standards).

We have been consulting clients with great success since 1989 in the field of employment law. Mitchell has appeared as a legal expert panelist on Court TV and has successfully represented his clients in State and Federal District Court civil cases and EEOC/Department of Fair Employment and Housing proceedings.  Mitchell has also represented many businesses at more than 5,000 administrative law hearings on labor code issues and employment separation matters.
