TRAINING FORMAT:

Our Online Interactive Training content consists of  a “cartoon” slide show featuring examples of Sexual Harassment, Gender and Pregnancy Discrimination/Harassment,  retaliation, Unlawful Discrimination, prevention and correction information, investigation techniques, and remedies available to victims of Sexual Harassment and/or Unlawful Discrimination.

Interactive quizzes are placed throughout the training to reinforce the topics discussed.  Our multi-state Online Interactive Training is educational and entertaining, without using complicated and boring “legalese” and far exceeds the strictest training requirements in the United States [AB 1825 training standards].  Multi-state online training is 2 hours in length.

CERTIFICATION:

Participants will be issued a Certificate of Completion that acknowledges he or she has completed all the mandatory requirements of Sexual Harassment Prevention Interactive Training.
